A film about sheep, but more than that, our relationship to nature; our acknowledgment of our relationship to another species. So much of it was born through happenstance.

And much of the film happened in post-production. At the same time I was editing works of my own, installation pieces for gallery exhibition.

He also recorded the film Sweetgrass , which is described as "an unsentimental elegy at once to the American West and to the 10, years of uneasy accommodation between post-Paleolithic humans and animals.
